Benefit from free shipping on orders over €350 excl. VAT* and fast processing: orders placed before 12:00 are shipped the same day, if in stock.

*For Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and France. For other countries, shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart.

Delivery countries and delivery times

We deliver packages up to 30 kg to the countries listed below via transport partner GLS. The stated delivery times are estimated transit times in working days and may vary depending on the destination, volume of traffic, or unforeseen circumstances, resulting in faster or slower delivery.

Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the delivery period.

Large machines and heavy goods are only delivered within the BeNeLux and are not covered by this shipping policy.

On the shipping day, you will automatically receive an email with the track & trace details from GLS. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will dispatch your order in partial deliveries if possible.
