The EUROBASE1 features seven fully extendable drawers, a sturdy worktop and a practical locking system. Its industrial zinc-plated drawers distinguish this new generation of tool carriages and contribute to a durable finish.

Efficient tool storage with seven drawers

The EUROBASE1 offers a total storage capacity of 130 litres, distributed across seven drawers of different heights. The configuration consists of six drawers measuring 560 × 400 × 70 mm and one deeper drawer measuring 560 × 400 × 150 mm.

High-quality ball-bearing slides ensure smooth opening and closing. As the drawers extend fully, tools stored at the back remain easily accessible. The carriages are also compatible with Unior tool trays in sizes 1/3, 2/3 and 3/3. This allows you to organise your tools clearly and assign a dedicated place to frequently used items.

The sturdy worktop with raised edges provides additional working space and helps prevent tools and components from slipping off the surface.

Industrial zinc-plated drawers for demanding use

One of the key features of the EUROBASE range is the finish of its drawers. They are industrially zinc-plated without an additional paint coating. The zinc layer provides corrosion resistance and helps limit the effects of scratches and impacts. The zinc-plated steel also offers good resistance to contact with oil, grease, fuels, cleaning agents and many solvents.

The housing is manufactured from high-quality Premium Plus sheet steel with a material thickness of 0.6 to 1.0 mm. Its environmentally friendly paint finish complies with the Qualicoat quality standard.

These materials make the EUROBASE1 suitable for workshops where tool carriages are used daily and a robust, easy-to-maintain finish is essential.

Reliable locking and easy manoeuvrability

The EUROBASE1  is also designed with safety and mobility in mind. Its central locking system keeps the drawers securely closed while the carriage is being moved.

Instead of a conventional keyed lock, the system uses a compatible standard padlock. This offers additional flexibility: if the padlock needs replacing, there is no need to replace the entire locking system.
*The padlock is not included.

Four oil- and acid-resistant castors with a diameter of 100 mm ensure smooth movement. One castor features a brake that locks both rolling and swivelling, helping keep the carriage stable during use.

The load capacities are designed for professional applications:

  • Static load capacity: up to 800 kg without castors.
  • Dynamic load capacity: up to 240 kg.
  • Maximum load per drawer: 25 kg.

Choose the finish that suits your workshop

The Unior EUROBASE1 tool carriage is available in three colours. All versions offer the same drawer configuration, construction and technical features.

Matching the colour to your workshop layout helps create a consistent appearance without compromising functionality.
